i have a question about stats

can someone plz explain to me about the stats i have 70/17 and im still a rank 3 y wont i go up.

they also need to fix how u can leave a game and not loose any points for it all ppl do when they are about to lose is just leave a fats as they can

They way I've seen it, you have to play with people better than you to rank up. I'm 151/30 and can't get past rank 4, hard to find players at a higher rank.
