Short answer: No, it's an XBL3 feature, and UC2 uses XBL2, as 3 came too late to be included.

Well about using your profile name. No one knows as of right now. I still think it would be cool to use a profile name. Because i could add DiS in front of my name

no more profiles because what happend on wolf...basically people made their names colorful and they thought it was a hack and couldnt find a way to fix it,they being microsoft.
