Why my stats say 11 win and 10 loose when i have play only one game on live? Please explain me. Also I want to say Good Job to EPIC because UC2 is awesome...

it happens when ulog on for the first time and dont play online and just go straight to story mode w/out logging off it did that to me last night and now its all better

I've made a mistake of leaving the Live game run for like an hour without me playing at all.
I've lost 12 matches in the row so my stats are a bit bad right now.

I would call this a bug though.
It would be nice if the host would have to start the game instead of it starting automatically. I know I could set Ready option to Required but I wouldn't be able to start the game if one of other players is not ready, or am I wrong on this?

That's true. Though you are able to set the "Min Human Players" option to 2, which would require at least one other player to join your server before the match can begin.

I have 15 wins and 5 losses but every game i have played i have had the most points on both teams. Usually when i join a game it puts me on the teams with one other guy and we are down by so much.

You can also turn on the 'Require Ready?' setting. This requires all players to hit their triggers to indicate they are ready before starting a match.
