I am the leader/creator of the [SC] clan and we are looking for 2 or 3 kick ass players to fill the last remaining positions, but there are some rules:

- To get in you must defeat a current member in one on one DM.
- 2 out of the 3 Leaders must agree to let you in.
- You have to be on a reasonable amount of time because all schedules are not the same and we need players on most of the time.

I am already a member of SC. Put quite simply, I think (this is just my opinion)we should all consider the demo as a training ground as the full feature has yet to come. I think we should wait until the full game comes out to see who's really the best. Plus, i'm just glad a game this awesome exists and I recently stopped caring who's better and learned just to have fun.

Shadowz, if you read correctly, you asked Acid and Mandingo if they wanted a match, and Acid said to look him up. Which means, if you see him in his match, go ahead and join. But it clearly shows that he didn't back down, so what the hell are you talking about?

By the way, we only keep our clan members on our Friends List, so don't bother sending anyone of us a FR. Just because Mandingo declined your FR doesn't mean that Acid, or any of us refused to fight you. How are you gonna say that Acid backed down, if Mandingo was the one to decline your FR?

I'd rather play in a lagless server. You can't guarantee any other servers to be lagless. I've played many on off servers, & In mine. I hear complaints on playing on off servers. I haven't gotten any complaints yet from my server. Not even the Brits have any problems at all. All I have to say if indeed my match laggs for you, just leave the match. I don't expect anyone to stay on a laggy server. I sure as hell won't either.

Thats a lame excuse to stay on your server. I've played on your server before a few times. It's horrible but i'll still play without complaining about my crappy connnection to your server. the only thing that bugs mre about you is all you do is whore the hell out of reflect. I don't know if you know this since you apperently won't leave your server but whoreing the reflect on your server is hella cheap. its 10x easier to reflect on your server and anyone who whores the reflect, like you have whenever i've played you, are lame and should play off their server. Moral is whoreing your server so you dont lag, or have shot delay, or because it's 10x easier to reflect, or because they don't have any chance of dodgeing a meelee attack if your semi close, and you can fire 3 rockets while everyone else can only fire 2 is really gay. everyone else can deal with lag and shot delay. Why cant you? get of your lan connection

So is whoreing the rocket launcher on & off host servers. What are we supposed to do? Just let you guys hit us with rockets all the time? It's called common sense. I Start to reflect when I see that someone is using the rocket launcher an excess amount of times. Say for instance more than 3 or 4 times consecutivley. Makes the shooter think twice before continuously shooting the rockets. When last I checked, there's also energy based weapons, melee, & character pistols as well. Which is why I use all of them.

Cerveza isn't complaining about the reflect it the reflect on your own server which is the most unbalanced and cheapest thing to do on this game. It is 10x easier to do and will reflect rockets that arn't even near you. Being on your server you get to play with no lag, have quick and swift movement and use 3 rockets, and you are saying you need to whore the server reflect to deal with people who are using rockets on you?

No dude, do what anyone who wasn't whoring there server would do, and dodge and shoot the dude with a weapon (kill him before he kills you) The fact of the matter is way to many people abuse the server reflect in this game there is no skill no aim, and not even any timming really necessary to reflect on your own server.

And rockets on/off server isn't cheap, its a part of the game just be lucky that since you are always on your server your never playing against people who are using 3 rockets. Server reflect was not meant as part of the game, but was unitentional advantage to the host. w/e dude i havn't played with you so i am not commenting on how you play, just on server reflecting in general.

I'm not sure if that has to do with connection speed or location or whatnot....but I've seen it. My point is enough of this complaining. I'm sure the final copies will have that all patched up. um if your teamate are from the same state or real near you they may be able to reflect pretty good, but even so it wouldn't be with the same ease as a server host but w/e, i doubt they will be able to fix server advantage entirely once the game comes out.

They are however making it so you can use reflect less often, and there will be dedicated servers so people wont have to host whore, lastly there will be Profanitylike the shockrifle which will be real hard to reflect

Sith also told me to tell you that GREAT players like yourself and him, should shy away from the RL. He said he commented on that to you, but asked me to reitterate it here. You don't need to do that junk, the ripjack has the same effect for a good player. It does take a little getting used to though. As well as if you like to snipe, it's great.

Try this sometime:

Charge the alt on the Rip, do not release, hit Y to weapon switch to your sniper. Now you have a fully charged explosive shot, that when released it will switch straight to snipe for a quick shot.Great Rip-Jack usage! Not to mention the fact of having BOTH weapons able to produce a headshot, thats invaluable.

^Start making some sense. All you had to say is that you wouldn't play him because 15 minutes without a frag limit is too much for your fragile fingers.

Let me put it this way. 15 minutes, unlimited kills is an endurance match. The team who can keep killing without tiring for 15 minutes straight is the better of the two teams, thats how we see it. With kill limits, its who gets to that limit first, and the match ends almost as quickly as it begins. With no kill limits, it actually gives the people losing a chance to catch up, if they can. Some people actually get better as they progress through a match. We're just giving everyone a fair chance with these terms, as a matter of fact, I haven't seen anyone ***** about this other than you Shred.

I don't see what's wrong with endurance matches.
After all, the game allows for them, and there aren't endurance races with real life sports for no reason either.
I've played some, though not with this game, and they were fun.
I've played a lot of matches for longer than 15 minutes as well, 15 minutes isn't such a long time.

Anyway, it's not really the same game, one could be good at shorter games with just a frag limit, but bad at a longer game with just a time limit, or the other way around.
It's no shame if you're not good at both (or even just one), but you won't know until you try.

What an idiot, We said 15mins per match. Which means you have the opportunity to either win in the first or second match, or none for that matter. What would you say about iReprophecy? He joined our 15 mins match. We all had a great match and I give him the props for staying for at least 2 matches without leaving at all. That's what I call a respectable opponent, unlike you calling our opponents noobs.

All I can say is, team up with whomever you want. I don't care who it is. If it means we have to play your terms 10 min 30 kill limits, just so we can shut you up for once, then so be it. If you mean the Atari Link I just put, it was about 8 to 12 months ago. He claimed he was going to pwn me, Nation Uprise, & another great UC player called B1G SL1CK. And when we each had a match against him, all of a sudden it was "his boy" who was playing us. He was never going to admit the utter humiliation that we gave him. We were like...."yea ok Shred....if you say so...lmao". And he dissapeared from the UC forums for a long time....probably couldn't show himself after his defeats.

What I really find extreamly funny is that he wanted to choose what Characters we should use to play him. !roflmao! Not to mention that he backed off constantly on playing in vidona, just because it didn't look pretty to him. Thus adding more ridiculous stipulations. Honestly WTF was this guy doing?

Look Colin, when the full game comes out, there are going to be dedicated servers. You won't see us hosting our own matches in the actual full game, we (BPM) are going to set up a dedicated server so that everything will be fair for everyone. So stop using words like sh*t, without censoring, before you get your ass kicked from the forums again.

Oh man, how'd I miss this thread? Very interesting. BPM vs. SC, now I'd like to see that. I know Acid and Nation play extremely well together, though I haven't had the chance to join them cause I'm mainly a DM player in the demo. Not long ago me and a clan mate played two jbi's who were also very good as a team. Reminded me of getting beat by Acid and Nation. Both teams' teamwork is amazing. JBI vs. BPM maybe? As for RM, we'll be looking for some matches too, when UC2 is released.

Shred is also pretty damn good. And I've played some SC's as well. Chaotic Colin, WreckZR, all good.
Ah well, I'm sure we're all waiting for the full game to settle this.

You could get a friend to start a server without actually playing.
It could be argued this wouldn't actually be a dedicated server, but at least it would eliminate any host advantage just as well as a real dedicated server could.

Hmmm, now that I think of it, the "dedicated" machine would take up a player slot, so games with the maximum amount of people wouldn't be possible.
For games to be fair, the other team wouldn't be allowed to use their last slot either, so you actually can only play 3 on 3, not 4 on 4.

I'm just too used to UT2004, where a lot of people can join, so 1 more or less hardly even matters sometimes.
That why I didn't think about taking up a slot (well, 2) would even be important, but it is. :(

I don't think the amount of people influences the score in any way though, so for smaller matches it should work.

Yeah, the first level you guys were crazy. I stay focused on not dieing rather than killing. But it was tough to do with you two. Great games. And on that second map I only had a couple of deaths and most kills but still say you're good for staying in a 2v1. I'm sticking to DM in the demo, and might play more TDM in the full game.

Lol...I kind of predicted all of this happening. Claiming to be the best player or the best clan, is not the smartest thing to say because it can backfire on those who claimed it. The UC2 community is huge. I'm sure that most other players will beg to differ. And up to this day.....my point has been proven. There's only those who think they are the best, and then there's those who are better. Besides the full game is not out yet, and I'm sure that the best player or clan will definately not be determined within the first days, weeks or months. All of our problems should be solved through dedicated servers. U.S. gamers...be patient and wait for the next 4 or 5 days for UC2. U.K. gamers....it's very unfortunate, but you're going to have to wait till you get UC2 to settle games within a dedicated server. If after dedicated server matches, you guys are still complaining, (US & UK), then you guys must be considered hypocrites. Because supposivly there is no advantages/disadvantages in dedicated servers.
