I don't think so, I've gotten it on my first or second kill on several occasions, or much later. I think it's something you actually do like smackdown. Also there's telefrag.

Arkitekt, the way you say "double kill- 2 kills in 3 seconds, multi kill- 3 kills in 3 seconds," it makes it seem like you have to get 2-9 kills in 3 seconds. When you actually mean you have to get that amount of kills all 3 seconds away from each other.

I figured it out now, jumpy ***** is 5 kills whilst airborne, but only with certain weapons (RL, Sniper, GL primary).

And yeah Biohazard is 7 biorifle kills and Goop God is 15.
