Charged up rockets do the most damage out of any weapon (except bio). Don't fool yourself trying to use "strategy" or thinking other weapons take "skill" because you will find on the top that most kills were rocket launcher. 3 rockets kill any character. Hard to reflect splash damage. And my favorite is RL/Warrior Spirit combo.

If your good with ripjack or GL, you will be better with rockets. Flak cannon is also good.

I use Flak now. Used to use rockets. Yeah they are powerful, but I'm more effecient with Flak. No sense in having power, if you can't hit the guy. And it seems like rockets get reflected quite a bit.

There is a glitch involved with warrior spirit that you can only do when you are not hosting. That is the thing that needs to be fixed with it.

OMG like it was a big secret. People have been using Annubis since the demo. Warrior spirit is a great power to use and rocket launcher is the most commonly used explosive weapon. Everyone who plays this game beat the game with Annubis and most likely already knows his "secrets"

And whats wrong with everyone knowing? Are you afraid now that your one tiny advantage over others is now gone, even though it was never an advantage.

OK so I will elaborate more on this. Warrior spirit makes you fire faster, move faster and reduces damage done to you. When using secondary fire on the rockets, it fires 2 quick 3 round volleys in one shot. So if you you use the tertiary fire you can send 12 rockets simultaneously creating much carnage. Its cool but nothing to get all wet over.

Anyway Wraith > Warrior Spirit IMO. Judas > Annubis IMO as well.

Rockets in my opinion are the worst explosive weapon. This topic makes me cry inside. If you're good with rockets you'll be better with flak or GL.

I especially laugh at people who use rockets in conjuction with shock rifle, gl with that. :P

Wraith makes you take much less damage, prevents people from locking on to you, and makes enemies easier to see.

Exactly. i mean this is not Halo where you have to hop around like a little bunny to dodge. Wall Jumping enables you to bounce around the whole map making you an impossible target. Mix that with speed and you are an even harder target. Throw on a nimble and you never touch the ground.

I find it so funny when i am fighting somebody with a rocket or ripjack and they literally stop dead in their tracks to try and reject me. Do that and you are owned with splash damage. Do what i said above and you are hard to hit.

Also stratagy owns power every time. Rockets are slow and sluggish and have to be discarded right away when charging them. With a ripjack i can keep it charged and stick a perfectly timed blade right underneath an opponent and have the ability to stick a mine behind somebody when he is expecting to reject me or trap him in a corner with them. I am also getting better with my primary meaning even if i miss somebody or they are using shield, these blades are going to bounce right back and kill the guy in the back or cut off his head.

There are so many things you can do with these other weapons to completely own rockets and stratagy N agility owns power everytime. Just look at how easliy the all powerful juggernauts are owned by lighter more agile characters.

If your not good with a weapon its NOT the strongest. No matter how powerful its potential is!

Nothing in this game could beat Sniper except rejects if someone was good enough to aim almost perfectly.


So since its not based on perfection, and it is based on how well a weapon is used, the best weapons are the weapons you get good with.

I see people owning with every different weapon there is.

depends on the gametype.


i find for fast killing and disposal of mass bodies in DM the RL is good cuz its area it blows up and its straight shooting and drunken split. the SR is good too cuz of combos in tight maps.



for 1v1 i think the GL is better because those secondary's are very easy to aim and blow up right in someones face and the grenades are good for bouncing off walls. SR pwns too :)

Etherial or whatever it is called can be a very useful strategy against a sniper. I am sure you know why. I love it when someone shoots you right were they think your head was and they go crying, "Dude that was a headshot! You must be cheating"(yes sadly so many people don't relize that I might have that ability on and then call you a cheater)

But anyway what secret is there with warrior spirit? Almost everyone knows what it does.

Of coarse that is unless you have you, your fake projection, and the sniper lined up straitly. But you just have to be smart enough to not let that happen.

I dont know im so annoyed at the weapons in this game :(

I cant decide what I want to use!!

I like everything so much! My favorite are the Shock rifle and Gernades but im not very good with either. I can do really really good against most people, but when better people join games I have to go back to Rocket Launcher + Bio Gun. Just because those are the two I use most and am best with.

I think im going to try to force my self to use the gernades + shock rifle tonight. (until better people join :) )
