i don't know if this is true but i have seen post in other forums such as the xbox forums of mp only being 4v4 is that true?

It's about tight tactical squad play on small maps. It'll also keep lag down and voice coms sweet.

yes you are correct, but there are more than just the basic four(Marcus,Dom,Baird, Gus) to chose from, cliff already confirmed ;), plus i watched the race to e3 and some1 was playing as Mihn Young Kim the lieutinant, so i'm expecting a wide veriaty(sp?)

Are you trying to say that it is bad that it is 4 vs 4? I think that is a great number considering the cover system and all the other things that the game has.

Yes, that is indeed true, it's all about tactical squad-based action!:) so MP will be up to 8 players online in a game, 4v4. 4COGS vs. 4Locusts :cool:

Why are all these games less tha 16 players? I expected to have games which were 32 players online but it just looks like the 360 can't handle it.
Oh well after GOW there is always the way bettter PS3.

because with 32 players, GoW would turn out to just be a run and gun game, with 8 players its more tactical and a little stealthy, but other games are out/coming out that have 32 players

Yea, thats absolutely ridiculous! I'm glad that EPIC decided to stay with 4v4 because anything over 5v5 or 6v6 is alittle too much. So I think it's better to stick with the lower numbers for GoW online. :)

no i am not trying to say it is bad. haha just from watching the small clips of MP that we have from e3 and some of the photobucket shots the maps look pretty big. one was a whole city street. it looked sweet but i don't know. we will see how it works. as long as there is no lag i am happy.

The PS3 bit was sarcasm and when i was talking about the amount of players i didn't really aim it towards GOW. I know that it obviously dosent suit 16 players i just wonder how come no game is more than 16 players.
Also could someone answer this question. Will the 360 be able to play music like the original xbox? right now the 360 just plays the music straight from the source and it is not implemented into the game as the xbox used to do. Who know's if this could hamper custom music on games like WWE Smackdown?

first off, PDZ has 32 players. and battlefireld 2:MC has 24, i think there might be one more with more than 16 but i cant remember. BIA:HH will have 32 and COD3 will have 24, so just be patient.
As for the second part of your question, no 360 game has done that so far with the music, im assuming that smackdown vs raw will have it, and possibly GTA 4.
sorry for mentioning other games, but im just answering the question :)

I think you can download music from aburnt CD onto the 360 hard-drive, and then play it during a game by pressing the glowing X button in the center of the controller, and navigating the menus. And Dominus, im sry for my outburst earlier, but ellaborate about when you are being sarchastic in the future Ex: smileys-:)
