Ok. I am working on a castle level and can not figure out how to make torches, or in what package they are in. Please help.

Well theres probably 100's of examples of different kinds of torches in many of the maps you have installed.
Usually theres a static mesh for the torch structure and then an emitter for the fire part. Emitter and xEmitters are in the actorclass browser, static meshes in the static mesh browser and you can make your own emitter and/or SM or modify existing ones but that can be hard if your new to the editor. You can highlight those from the actorclass browser or SM browser and then right click in your level to add, then try but alot of those emitters are not set to continue emitting but can be adjusted.
You can look in this map I made along time ago and use the torch static mesh and emitters red or blue if you want. Theres other emitters and stuff in here you can use if you want but the ones im talking about are on the top parts of each sides base red and blue. You have to select both static mesh and emitter together then copy and paste them over into your map. There pretty basic though. But theres a few other more complex ones in this map too!

You can view emitters or test sounds after you place them in your level by clicking on the Realtime Preview joystick upper left of your screen. It works most of the time but sometimes it does not load so you got to reload the ed.

Hey, Thanks. :) I'll probably be back again later asking for more help.... I have the geometry thing figured out, but everything else is still a bit blurry. anyway, thanks a lot.
