Where can I get free texture packs?

Hey I remember a while ago I saw this HUGE free texture pack, and I don't think it was just for UT btw. I would like to find it but I can't. Does anybody know where I can find it? It dosn't have to be just one, please just post all the free, tileing texture packs you know of. Thanks.

search for hourences. He's got at least 2 excellent texture packs up...

If you need skyboxes too, Hazel released something a short time ago, plus there were some very nice rock/grass-texture-thingies lately in one of the forum folders, the author's name also started with an "H"... i think it was either in "Full Release" or in the mapping folder, I'm sure you'll find it
