Question to GOW Team, How complete is GOW?

from what ive seen it looks 80-90% complete,

Great question! Hopefully they will read this post soon. I heard at E3 they were 80% done! Rod Furgason (might have spelled last name wrong) even said its going to go through more levels of polishing! This info coming from the gamespot stage demo of gears.

Indeed something we're all speculating about. Even as an unfinished game, it looks spectacular.

When it finally is released to the masses, I'm sure we'll have a game that's 110% finished. Honestly, we cannot be let down by this point.

I think since this is Microsoft's trump card. This game will take all the time it needs to make GOW for the 360 that halo was to the xbox. All I know is it is going to be great and I have full confidence in them.

Ya, not to brown-nose but EPIC really cares for its fans. Mike Capps, you have many video interviews i've seen where really show how you care for the fans. By free mods to even answering questions on a forum. Its all appriciated immensly! The same goes for Rod Fergusson and Cliffy B of course.
It really is refreshing in an industry like todays!

I just love you guys Epic. The one reason Halo 2 wasn't as good as it should have been was that they didn't completely finish it. I don't mind waiting a month longer for a game that rocks alot more!

Halo 2 could have bee better if it wasn't rushes,
so hopefully Epic won't rush GOW,

There aren´t any kids in my neighborhood and I don`t have live so Halo 2 was lacking more for me than for you guys. But if Epic manages to make both the SP and the MP equally great instead of making one of those a add-on I got a sleeping bag ready to go :p

:D i reckon GoW will have a amazing experience, Campaine wise and a really fun multiplayer, i just hope they put in a gametype where u and a couple of mates are supposed to try and survive for the longest and each minute more and more locasts come! Leaderboards would rock for this gametype!

yeah, in the interview Rod said they're working on the multiplayer part of the game. He said they where trying out different things on it, and they couldn't do that without finishing the the campain! The campain, i'm betting, is the hardest part so once that's done it's smooth sailing. It can't be but a few months away form being released!

Play testing isn't as fun as you think. You play 1 part of the game for over 100 hours trying to find bugs.

There are some pains to play testing, but I guarantee its not as painful as having to wait until fall.

it is the same missions. you can play through the whole singleplayer campeign with a buddy in co-op, or by yourself

i dont see what good that does. ps3 owners may have regrets, but regrest dont pay salaries, money does, so they need to get sales before the ps3's are bought

I believe that sony will do its best to put a great product (I was once a sony cheerleader), but I definetly think they are taking a step in the wrong direction not offering rumble tech in their next gen system their peeling a layer back on the steps being taken to totally emerge the player......360 is a machine that has offer much more than I had previously expected and epic has propelled microsoft forward by making another game that will strengthen the current foot hold it has now on the next gen.

I hope you don't mean that you will do like Rare did with PDZ, making everything look like plastic and some of the characters look like members of some Bondage-club or something. .Epic plz don't do that, MR Capps don't make that happen..:)

Being as they have announced the date I think they nearly finished, I would say about 60-70%.

Nah, more like 90% cause their basically just finishing it and they still have to test it for glitches cheats and to make it work write. Then they need to have it packaged made and shipped. If they aren't atleast 90% done then it won't be released in November.
