General proct fault while conv. to avi

when i try n convert a user video (demorec) to avi i get a "general protection fualt" and i want to know how to do it right

Dont use convert to avi, use the dumpframes commands, because the quality of its horrible. Look at some other threads for info.

dumpframes doesnt work 2 well 4 me....i play like vctf and tam and when im recording some1 doin sumthin it comes out really bad and choppy and i need a good vid. card any1 wanna donate 4 free lol jk but could that be the issue
