Critical Errors Using Mods

Hi there, I REALLY need some help. When I tried to play several mods using UT2004 (e.g Srike Force) I was confronted by critical error messages saying they couldnt locate a file. I thought this was odd, especially as I know the file is where it should be. I tried it with a few other mods and it always seemed to have the same problem with locating map file even though it was I could find it. I tried unistalling all the mods and UT2k4 and then reinstalling and patching everything. But I got the same message. If anyone could help Id be very grateful.
