I downloaded a halo skin on win rar and was wonderin where i extract the files to?

Just download it again. It should take you to the exact location. Also when you click download it does not download it, it finds the file on your computer if there and opens it.:)

Your skin won't have all these file types, but go into your UT directory (default is C:\UT2004) and put the following file types in these folders

.UKX - Animations
.UTX - Textures
.UAX - Sounds
.USX - Static Meshes
.U / .UCL / .INT - System
