crash on exit

most of time i exit ut2004 i crash 2 a blue screen w/very lengthy mess. staing such things as"disable bios mem. options,such as caching or shadowing","beginning dump of physical memory-physical memeory dump completed","stop:0x0000000a(0x9ce86240,0x00000002,0x00000000,0 x80522c18)"

ive reinstalled a few times,checked my bios stuff(cant seem 2 find the shadowing or caching),all 2 no avail.

what sucks is sometimes i have 2 unplug,cannot use my power button.

any suggestions any1?

using win-xp sp2(home edition),P4 925x chipset,geforce 6600gt pcix16 card,still tryin 2 identify board(gettin closer).

it all depends on your bios as to wether you may adjust this.


i can help you quickly with the power button problem though.

try pressing restart or hold the power button for several seconds

thanks-ive looked through my cmos settings & unfortunately cant find it anywhere,but ill keep tryin.
so aggravating!!!ONLY game i have this prob with.
kinda disappointing when u reformat ur drives & all that good stuff & nothin seems 2 help.

its quite possible that if you have bought prebuilt computers or your common bargain computer that you cannot access these settings
