The newest issue has NFS carbon on the cover. Voted GoW #1 out of their top 50 from E3!!! Another win for Epic!!:D

Gears of War is being voted number 1 game in nearly every magazine and every website, why can't some people see that Gears of War is going to be the greatest game ever made.

Gears of War is being voted number 1 game in nearly every magazine and every website, why can't some people see that Gears of War is going to be the greatest game ever made.

Cus they don't want a console game to beat their "half-life" and other PC games. Honestly my favorite PC game was Gangland... a game where like 20 people owned it.

Everyone needs to check out the article in the back of GI. It's an excerpt from the XBOX 360 book. It's a great story on CliffyB and Gears of War. If anyone is interested in a little bit of GOW history, this is for you.:D

I saw that it was #1 too. It will be a good dam great game. But IMO Halo3 will be better. But I still have high expectations for Gears.

Yeah, that article in the back of Game Informer about Gears of War was great! Who knew it was competing with HL2

Microsoft appears to have its battle rifle poised to fire a shot right over Sony’s bow. It seems the Halo 3 release date might just be Nov. 16; one day before Sony’s launches the Play Station 3.

That can't be true. The damn trailer even says Finsh the Fight 2007.
Besides I really don't think that MS would want Halo 3 to steal that show away from Gears of War. That would be ridiculous. Bungie needs to just take their time and polish the game so we won't end up with another Halo 2 fiasco. Besides, Gears will do just fine in the battle against the PS3. We don't need Halo 3 right now...
