If this were a ut level I'd say it was frickin astounding, so yeah, a static mesh or two wouldn't hurt.

I love the lighting, very good job at getting it to bounce around.

Looks very nice. It is a little bit too open for my tastes, but still fun. I had some performance issues though. Obviously since it is set on a bright sunny day in the middle of the countryside (with a lot of windows) there is not a whole lot of optimizations that could be done but here is what I think would be nice if you released a different version:
-Lower the size of the visible terrain, either use a 128x128 map and scale it up, or just make a lot less of it visible (a high wall surrounding the accessible region maybe (although that would ruin the open country feel though)
-Maybe add a few more walls in the interior to break up the line of sight down the main open area on the ground floor

The texture and trim static meshes are perfect. Everything looks very realistic. Perhaps if you had the time you could make a version of this set at night during a rainstorm or something, would make a nice one on one map (similar to the end of "28 days later").

you don't see many of these in the uk anymore.................

like the jet in the background, but looks like its going to crash into teh bulding.

you've got a mix of new and old stuff in there, i think this would look better as a old derelict building with broken windows, missing floor planks etc. Also some nice moonlight with bits & bobs outside would look ace.

Pretty cool map - different to most I've seen lookswise. It's a little bare for my tastes but dressed up a bit it'd be great... That said, however, it does play great and there are a few nice details (like the jet going across the sky).

Personally, I'd make it later in the day so it's not so bright and add more detail like MsM said to the building. A few cobwebs too and ambient sound (creaky boards and such).

Good work though, I'll be holding onto this Krizdom :D

This is a good map. I like the look of the outside of the building (basic shape, textures, and trim). I like the open space inside the building. I like the surrounding look of the map (trees, grass, hillside, and a sunny day).

I personally would have like a few more static meshes inside the building to break up the long lines of sight. In addition a few more items outside just outside of the building (statues and such). I would have also liked if the player couldn't go as far as he can. I think this distracts from the task at hand, which is fragging your opponent.

Good work. :)

Watch the spaces for the next map: DM-1on1-Chatsworth-3DS

Happy fragging,

I have to agree. Taking some of the suggestions, you could improve the map. The autorh or DM-under did this and those the changes were small (textures and lack of crazy amount ofemitters, it was a better map IMHO).
