Looks very nice and your clearly comfortable with Max or some other modeling app. I do think its style would be better suited to a more real world gametype like CS:S or Ravenshield as UT scale, and the players perception of it is well off.
Dont be put off by this, its very nice work, but poeple for them most part err to the more playable in UT, and I have yet to see a real workd scale environment work in UT. They all just seem to cramped.

Good work though. Perhaps, as I say try importing it into an different game engine:)

I don't know I like this and I've seen countless real world maps work well with ut2004. In fact I kinda like those maps more.

I'm sure you've passed by or saw some cool house, area in the city/building or whatever and thought "that would make a badass UT2004 map". I know I have. Just not as many really with ut2004 like the old urban stuff or what real maps used to post for ut classic. My dream map pack for ut2004 is a total urban dm, ons, ctf, dom release...instead of the sci fi all the time. I'm actually working on a city map right now.

Anyway, this map looks like a good map, but maybe if you looked at some of angelheart's stuff, then applied that to this or your next project you might have something. I definitely would stick with your own methods for mapping, makes you unique in a sense. I can also mirror this, or you can, on the place in my signature.
