I have recently finished a map. I am no professional by any standards, and I have a few questions to ask experienced mappers.

1) my map in single story and feels like Im running in circles! Tips?

2) I cannont seem to get any custom textures to work properly in game - they dont blend correctly. Tips?

3) I cannot bot-path on terrain; crit error occurs during build. Tips?

Thanks to all that took the time to answer even 1 of these. I appreciate it.

1) Practice. Making complicated 3D maps with lots of interconnecting passages doesn't happen overnight.

2) Try the UDN's material tutorial: http://udn.epicgames.com/Two/MaterialTutorial

3) Make sure you have the latest patch.

1. Copy the bottom floor, paste it on the top of it, connect it with stairs, add glass so it looks cool
