In the process of creating a newer version of one of my old maps...I have smacked a major wall. I know there is probobly a simple answer to this but i cant figure it out...so here it goes.

I have this one part of my map where I thought it would be cool to add a sky light. The problem is, when you are playing the map, and you look out the glass window...you can see the bsp of the next room over, even though I am using a skybox.

I'm guessing using an antiportal or anything wont fix it..so what will?

If you can see the other zone, or see the zone sheet, it will still be rendered. Make sure they're at least two zones apart and unviewable from the other one.

You could try another workaround... try to add a sheet between the two zones and set it's surface properties to fake backdrop.
I have no idea if that would help tough :D

*note to myself: stop giving stupid awnsers*
