View Full Version : UnrealScript contract programmer required - Good Pay!

Professional developer has an immediate requirement for a programmer with experience of UnrealScript to assist with proof of concept demo. The work required is not overly complex, and could take the form of a Mutator for the purposes of the demo. I believe that the work may take about a month or two at the most. Remote working is fine. Good Pay!

If there is anyone interested to assist us, then would I like to hear from you.

Company, website? Is this legit (meaning you have a license for the engine)?

What a suspicious bunch you are!

Having been involved the development of professional video games for 23 years at both technical and executive levels; I was astonished by the cynicism of some of the members of this forum.

I entered a thread in this forum to make what is a straightforward offer of contract work to professional game developers. If you guys were professionals, then you would know exactly what to do, i.e. send a resume of experience to date including a chronology illustrating the projects you have worked on and who for, sign an NDA, then discussions take place re the work, and remuneration package is negotiated.

How a straightforward offer of contract work can be considered a scam beggars belief.

You have to understand

1. We have seen alot of offers like yours (most fall through)
2. Whens the last time you applied for a job somewhere you know absolutely nothing about

I'm a professional mommy, although I don't technically get paid in cash for it.

I wasn't thinking it was a scam, just bemoaning the major lack of info. You didn't even put contact info.

Your defensiveness says more than your words.
