cant install ut4 mod

when i download ut4 mods and extract them i try to download it and it doesnt do anythng.... any help?

dosnt do anything? you mean you can see the file once its downloaded, or it dosnt download, or that when you run the file, it dosnt do anything?

i double click on it and it says its loading and then it just stops
