When running a dedicated server, is it normal for the server to reset its connection to the master server if there is no action on the server. I had a server running one night and didn't have any action and noticed that over the night it had reset it's connection a few times...any help would be appreciated!!!

master server has had downtime the last couple days while they did some upgrades...it is very likely your connection would have reset during this time...i notice it from time to time as well...no worries..

mine keeps sending out the heart beat with different codes like its asking for the stats match id.. and keeps going and going and going and going.... :(
And when it gets stuck in that loop, its not listed on the servers, thus no one joins.. what the heck.. 1st the stats are messed up, now the servers are messed up, come on atari..

Ok....was just curious...here's another question...can someone explain to me if everything looks normal here (the errors it what kind of bothers me). Any suggestions as far as this is concerned!!!

everything looks fine...
The reason you have the unable to load DM-such and such because of SO or such and such is because you are missing the textures or static meshes.. I run into that a lot with downloading maps.. someone will put out a map but forget to include the UTX or USX files with it.. The map DM-OUTBREAK i had to remove from my server because the SO.UTX or SO.USX I could not find anywhere.. most of the time though when i find a missing file i just do a google search for lets say basement.UTX that will bring up a list of people who have that file.. 90% of the time its in UZ2 format.. Thus, goto their UT2004 redirection site, Download the bacement.utx.uz2 file into your c:\ut2004\system directory (I know, its a texture, but just follow me here.) Then, drop to a DOS C: prompt ( Start, Run, Command) Change directory into the C:\ut2004\system dir.. (IE CD c:\ut2004\system ) then type ucc decompress basement.utx.uz2 in a few seconds you will have the bacement.utx file in your system folder.. Type exit, return to windows then copy that file into your TEXTURES directory.. Rerun your server, TA DA! That map, with the missing file will now compile and be available to users.
Also, I see you have a BOTS = 6 Line on your server, I believe if you have stats tracking enabled you can not run bots on your server, but I could be wrong there..

Thanx guys for the help. I am new to the whole server thing so it kinda confuses me! Got rid of both them maps so hopefully that fixes that. Now all I need is some players to play!
