UT2Vote44 Does not initiate a restart

Folks,

I have two identical folders. One is ONS and one is AS. Even all maps/muts/ini even batch files are the same (except map name in batch file). ONS server initiates a restart and UT2Vote44 takes over, but AS server don't get restarted by UT2Vote. Any ideas?

it does need to be shut down for 120 seconds (default value) before a restart will happen. ensure you are shutting down for this length of time and verify it isn't doing a restart..
