I liked the music and the lighting (but where is the light source? and maybe a bit more contrast) and the bot pathing was pretty good but overall I couldn't get into this map. Sorry ... but one thing I did like was the Y Axis action. Lots of vertical fighting. But the map feels too empty ... I know it's your first map and it is MUCH better than I could do. It's not a bad map though ... I think if you and this author http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&postid=5494719#post5494719 got together and combined your two maps or worked on a map together it would be interesting to see the results ... you both made good clean first maps that are cool. I'm serious but I know you want this first map to be your alone. Peace and I'll keep my eyes open for your future projects. Oh yeah the sounds on the metal grates need to be added or tweaked ... I can't hear myself running over them. Peace. :D

good or bad, I'm not using it on my server simply due to the signature block in the posts. Absolutely horrible. Shameless plugs are one thing, that's just..... obscene.

speaking of sigs, can someone direct me on using proper ut2004:// links for clickable server links using vB code? I'm stumped, which believe me, is easily done ;)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you're out of luck. The [url] vb code automagically adds http:// to the link if it doesn't already begin with it.

Alternately, if you know a little bit of PHP/ASP and have hosting somewhere, you could link to a scripted web page on your site that redirects to a UT2004 url. That'd probably do what you're looking for (though I haven't tested it). You could, of course, link to a page that just has a clickable link to the server as well, but that's two clicks and probably not what you want ;)

That is a very slightly modified version of the map created by following the 3DBuzz tutorial. That is OK, we all have to learn somehow, but at least acknowledge this fact and don't pretend it is all your own design.
