Place a ZoneInfo inside the zone where you want fog. Now go into it's properties, and under ZoneInfo, set bDistanceFog to True. Now go into ZoneLight, and adjust the properties accordingly:
DistanceFogBlendTime- Since fog varies from zone to zone, this is the time it takes in seconds for the fog to change when you move through zones.
DistanceFogColor- Pretty self-explanatory.
DistanceFogEnd- This is the distance from the player where the fog becomes 100% opaque and you cannot see anything behind it.
DistanceFogEndMin- Same as above, but this is for the Distance Fog option under the in-game display settings.
DistanceFogStart- This is the distance from the player where the fog actually starts to fade in. It must always be less than DistanceFogEnd. You can also use negative values for real up-close fog.
