I took the chance of installing Ut2004 on 5 pcs of various blah blah and the results were conclusive:

No patches offline: 0 GPF
No patches online: 1 PC constant GPF

1st Patch offline: 0 GPF
1st Patch online: 1 PC constant GPF
2 PC crashed with random GPF


2nd Patch offline: 0 GPF
2nd Patch online 1 PC constant GPF
4 PC crashed with random GPF

you should try running prime95 ultimate cpu stress test.
and see how long it can run.
if it runs 4 hours without crashes its good.

and anyway did you install the patches from 1 to 4?
or from clean ut2004 install ?

yeah...the amazing thing was all 5 pcs crashed after the 2nd patch at some point
