Game Delivered with a 35 digit cd key

First of all sorry for my bad english (i'm french :s)

But let me explain my problem:

I bought the game in DVD Collector edition (with a bonus DVD and a Headset from Logitech) and inside it i found a 35 digit cd key, and as u know real cd keys only have 20 digits TT

i tried to enter it by part but it doesn't work either :(

i just don't understand how this happened maybe it is a cd key for an other game oO

Is someone had the same problem ??

I know it doesn't work, but I would remove or alter that key. Bad to post it.

All I can say is a lot of editions were shipped with 2 keys, one pasted over that one. Mine has a 35 and a 20 with it. Check under the book and see if there is another sticker.

u right i altered the key

but i looked every where in my dvd box and i didn't find an other cd key :(

Then you may need to contact Atari and ask them about it. Or, also some people said their keys were inside the manuel on the front page or something.

atari is a long shot, they don't have good tech support. I would contact them, if they tell you as nice as they can that they don't care. Take the game back, tell the store clerk what happened and ask for a new copy.:)

but my prob is i bought the game (don't know how u say it in english) by mail so it's not so easy to ask a new one :(

French friends of mine have exactly the same problem...
Go back to the shop where you bought it, and exchange it.

BTW it's the first time i hear of a game with an invalid CD Key in the box :weird:

it's difficult to exange it coz' i bouht it by internet :(

and in fact i don't think the stiker i see is a cd key, in dvd version cd-key is supposed to be behind the manuel with a red atari stiker.

and there is nothing behin my manuel :(

i'v seen on different forum that two person with one key can play togever so one friend of mine share me his one by the time i wait for atari answer....
