Glitch in the Matrix? I would just reboot, one of your video driver may have gotten funky. Something similar happened to me the other day after I put the Gfx card settings to high then turned them down. All the player models had boxes around them :D

after you did fov 90, in player options there should be weapon hand, change it to right
