Name: Fun & Run Sniper Rifle

Description: The Fun & Run Sniper Rifle is a reclassed ClassicSniperRifle. Enhancements include:
* When zoomed in, fire rate is approximately 10 bullets/second with reduced damage
* When you are zoomed in, you are unable to move
* The unzoomed sniper rifle is incredibly inaccurate
* Ammo counts have been increased to 50 per pickup
* No more smoke (but still includes muzzle flash)
To use this reclassed weapon, add the Arena mutator, hit Configure Mutators and select "Fun & Run Sniper Rifle".
