Description:The new version of my map, as someone ripped it.
Comments:I made this because on IRC people wanted me to make another.

well i felt the need to make another because Escape From Tard Race is out and it is a RIP. so i changed the style, and basicly the whole map.

STORY:
You came through the teleport, now you need to power the warp engine (powercore), get into their base, steal the energy module and bring it back!
While your in there, fight enemy raptors, scoprions and mantas to get in, and link turrets to get out! :eek:

the map is nowhere near finished, i MAY add a spacefighter battle IF wanted, otherwise its quite short.

in this version there WILL be botpaths as ive figured out how to make them druve along thin bits! :heart:

I hope this one wont get ripped and mostly be PLAYABLe. Because you might have the original version, but yours simply...Sucked. Sorry. Ill be checking this one out.

First of all, get those playstarts into the right direction. second, add lighting to the back. third. Add lighting to the tunel. fourth: This took me 2 minutes. fifth:(SP?) There are too little vehicles.

That's it for my 'constructive' critism. I hope you'll be making this map a good map, because it does have a nice idea. Oh, and those nifty little link turrets got me once, that means one shot :P

thanks, ill add more vehicles. the tunnel is dark to give the element of suprise ;)

im gona give the map spacefighters to make it longer and ill make more obsitcles. gg :cool:

The tunnel feels as though you're going into deep space nine. Lighten up the floor just a TINY bit.

Well, to be honest with ya cat:
Its too easy.
Although i have tested it myself with no bots, those link turrets are too slow to hit the hellbender.
Its too small too, only 2 objectives, and they are like 500 meters away from each other. And theres no obsticale to run in that will actually make it hard. youre counting on players success to stop it, which makes it too easy.

I still vote for space maps :up:
I liked your previous one better too.

I think spacefighter assault would rule if it were that you made this thing with a story. Something like:

The attackers have to get the powercore and put it in their machine so that the engine of -somemodifiedsupervehicle- can be made to work (maybe put it in the vehicle, a fake one - then make the real one spawn there, taking the old one out)

They then have to drive this vehicle to ram through a huge door, in which they ar eto capture space fighters and use these to destroy the main target of the game: The S.E.R. Space orbital cannon.

Destroying this makes the players spawn in a human base, where they wont be out again (thus put a huge box somewhere for this part), where they have to go and destroy the backup cannon.

They have to firstly capture a part of the base, so that they can go and take the vehicles to drive through this base (make some stunts and stuff here) and go the next target: The forcefield.

It must be stroyed by shoting at it with eveyrthing you got (more life then the thing that you have to kill in any other map, make it a POWERFULL thing)

The forcefield has one down, and the huge cannon must be destroyed. This time, it can be destroyed fully, by simply shooting at the huge thing. (again, a LOt of life, maybe as much as the one before) Once both cannons are destroyed, the mission is over.

Feel free to change anyting or not use it at all.

Thanks for saying that but I am a very bad mapper. all I can do for people is provide ideas and I hope I can rock at it a little.

Catdaemon: I hope you do it if you realy like it, because it would be pretty fun.

Ill write you a nice little background story.

Although the date might need to be changed, I know nothing of the story of ut lately.

In the year 2101 the human race was in the middle of the skaarj war, and the skaarj has developed a huge orbital cannon designed to destroy entire america, their most fearsome foe at that date.

This scenario is designed by Liandri to reconstruct the destruction of this orbital cannon, for which several steps had to be made before the cannon could be destroyed.

(now I'd need to know objectives, but ill just list the ones I got in a nice logical order)

Firstly, the attackers must use a small group of vehicles to capture the Power Core of the skaarj so that they can put it in their modified vehicle and allow it to get online.

Then they must use this to ram into the main spacefighter production center and drive it to the core of design. Once there, the attackers must secure the base by quickly taking out a few turrets and disabling enemy entrance. then, the attackjers must get into the space fighters and use them to go and destroy the cannon.

When the cannon is destroyed, the new round may begin.

(if you need anything changed, tell me and ill change it.)

[updates]

added skybox, sentinels in tunnel to stop spawncamp, <NEW VEHICLE!!!>, darker: more atmosohere, lit up the tunnel to suit the mood, made the objective harder, GOING to stop bullets traveling down the tunnel!

lots done, lots more to do!

another rip is out BTW :( im puting anti-rip protection on this map! :mad::up:
