Just downloaded it. The Umod won't install as it says I don't have a valid version of UT2004 (only one listed is 3186, pre-patch version). I can still open it with umod browser, but that just creates ten times the hassle. Zip version, please?


Edit: UMOD browser won't even open it. Please put a zip up and end this Umod madness.

I haven't tried this voicepack yet, but I did separate Beavis and Butthead voices for UT2003, which are probably more complete. I still use the UT2003 Beavis and Butthead models with the separate voicepacks. http://www.ut2003hq.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=category&id=11

I can use all the voicepacks I did for UT 2003 in UT2004. They work perfectly for Deathmatch or CTF. All that is needed is an .int file.

Hi Deadboy, soz I didn't know u had made these voicepacks.

Anyway about the models, I have downloaded Beavis and Butthead models but they don't work for me in 2k4. They show up as Malcolm I think but display the correct names. I'd love to get them to work properly, do you know how to fix this?

PS I'll try your voicepack and also I might update them for 2k4 if thats ok with you?

The models work for me with no tweaking. Are you sure you have the B&B models ? http://www.ut2003hq.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=2385

There are also cell shaded skins for the B&B model, but they need the models to work. http://www.ut2003hq.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=2710

It would be great if you want to use; in whole or in part, the Beavis and Butthead voicepacks ( or any other voicepacks ) I compiled. You could convert from available voicepacks or I could send you the edited .wav files.

Yrp those are the exact same models and they just won't work for me. I can see them in the character select screen and for use as bots but when I click on them they don't show the model. In game they show as Malcolm or somebody.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

BTW I've got many custom models and skins in 2k4 and they work fine.

The only thing I can think of, is that I'm using .upl files (for the model/skin) that came from the B&B voicepacks. The only change I made from the original models/skin .upl is to add voice=<voicename>.

Tried it and it don't work. :( I noticed it don't have a INT file, most voice packs for ut2004 have one.

Got the voice working, then I notice that the skin for BB are not showing in map. Instead they show up as Malcolm. Anyone have an updated version?
