Description:A pretty large outside DM map. Don't play alone. I got bored and decided to make this map, it could most likely be an alpha, due to the backdrop, but its a beta, the only thing it needs is a back drop. bots are supported, but rather... stupid.
Comments:I need a backdrop, but rather difficult at the moment. I think it looks better at different perspectives, but i had to get the whole map in, so this angle looks like hell.

a few other things too...mainly with the terrain...from the screenshot it looks like there's very little variation in the terrain...add a big hill somewhere...or add a river going from the land and emptying into the sea...things like that...also scale the textures up a bit more (I usually like to use something around 4-8) and add another grass layer so the grassy areas have more than one texutre...once you get a backdrop and add in some good lighting along with everything else...try making a cubemap for the water...it'll look much better than that oogly texture...

Hey man, why not put up a skybox? It's really easy to do, and UT2004 comes with some really good ones. Just a thought.

hey its flak, i remember you, yes i forgot to put dm, again. Well anyways. I would put in a skybox, but then I need to make it look like you wont fall into oblivian, and that takes a while. And im tired. So also, the water texture was beta, i couldent find one. And yes, The angle from the screene in bad. Oh and thanks for the tips btw.
