Here are some sample Tanks.

The first is the Hellhound. Armed with a double heavy Flamthrower on a 270 degree turret, with a Heavy Bolter for support It soon takes care of those annoying little infantry attacks, or for that perfect flame grilled steak :D

The second is The Chimera Transport, an all terrain aquatic transport, there is nowhere you cannot go in this. With a 360 degree multi laser and forward Heavy Bolter This little beauty can take care of itself, but add six passengers each with their own lasgun and this becomes a moving fortress. Perfect for those long hauls or family picnics :D .

How are you planning to get past the copyright stuff?
Games Workshop are surprisingly good at finding unauthorised stuff and closing it down.

it does sound good though...

wel you know you get that bit at the end of a film saying:

any resemblence, or similarity is mere coincidence. etc etc etc

well put that in the mod, and they can't touch you, you've already stated that is a mere coincidence

I feel great potential for this mod. Your knowledge over legal issues astounds me.

Guys, there is indeed a UT200X Warhammer mod being made. I went to the site a few times. It's not the same as the UT99 one.
