fesh cd version install, with newest patch applied, with both community map packs installed.
its not in my ut2004/system directory, and a search for the word benchmark finds nothing on my computer

UT2004 doesn't come with a benchmark utility, I suggest you use Umark. You can run a standard abd custom benches with it. :)

Yes it does. Mine is UT2004\System\Benchmark.exe.
It's right there in the system folder. As it should be.
myndreach, did you check the install discs you used to put the game on your computer to see if it was on them?

no i haven't, but i used the disks that came with it...sooo
when i get home though ill put them in and check. I've installed twice now and neither time was benchmark.exe found anywhere.
Ill check the cds individually I guess lol, if i find it though, then what? how do i install it? just copy the .exe over?

The first patch included the Benchmark.exe and the D3D9.drv but both were removed from the second patch. Installing the second patch over first doesn't remove any files.

The file is named ut2004-winpatch3204.exe if you need to do a search.
