It's Zed's hall of giants 2004 (http://download.beyondunreal.com/fileworks.php/nalicity/ut2k4ctf/ctf-hallofgiants2004.zip); actually for ut2003; but it loads fine in 2k4 as it isn't that heavy on the eye candy.

Not surprising. It's a direct port, and the original map from UT1 did use Unreal 1 textures. Heh. I wasn't so far off then. :p
