simple question

guy in the tank in DM-Insidious ,he is not static mesh,right? how do i place him in my map (and what is he anyway)?

I cant remember where Id run across him but i believe hes in the actor class browser and is called tankvictim. Just copy and paste him because the sm and actor browsers are such a mess it takes hours to find anything.
