...well, I don't like the way u connected the two rooms! there are 3 teleporters - get 3 teammates of yours armed with the shieldgun and place them right infront of the teleporters - noone will ever make their way thru! there should have been at least one alternative route to run between the 2 rooms (perhaps through the underground or something) :(
and in the room with the waterfalls I cannot hear any noise from them - aren't thy supposed to rush? yes of course! :sour:
with a little optimization this would be a nice DD map! :noob:

Looks nice... Some players might experience significant slowdowns here and there, though.

In fact this map is for 2-4 players
I know the problem with a number of players > 4 :/
The_Getaway > DM-Rebirth for in a few weeks .... but the map will be complety new

aaaaw... what happened to the beautiful insane asylum ? (it was an asylum right ? can't remember the beta description... anyway, good thing i still have that beta, i still think you should have released it...). anyway, hope you will have kept the beautiful music track from the beta in the new version of dm-rebirth (lux aeterna, hoo ! what a rush !) :up: :up: :up:

the music does not fit UT, but i think it fits this map perfectly. :)
playing this map was probably one of the most calming things i have ever done.
oh and this map is extremely beautiful and game play is very good
(hampel, both teams spawn on both sides so i dont think anyone going to shield gun camp the teleporters ;) )

I think it's a good dom map. Although I don't like that you used a shining surface everywhere. It somehow kills the nifty faces you made from stone. And you could have been more supportive to less-skilled players, who find it hard to get back on the walkways after falling/jumping off, I mean the ones in front of the teleporters. Blue dompoint is easier to defend, because slime does not do harm, while lava in red base couses instant death.

no it doesn't, i checked and lava in red base doesn't kill you, it wouldn't be fair...

yeah, cool map man. I enjoyed it alot with some god bots :) its weird that the lava doesnt kill but I guess its only fair. I dont like it that its all connected by portals tho, that is definately not good. Everything else was good, collision was just a little tad rocky in someplaces, it gets rocky with rl's and flak everywhere lol. thx for the beautiful and fun dom map :) :up:
