Hang Glider vehicle

So here's my lame idea.

Replacement aircraft styled like a rigid hang glider. Make the leading edge of the wing a good pedestrian slicer and give it good speed on decent and a good turning ratio, but to balance it give it a poor climb rate and keep it fragile and with no pilot protection.

Open to weapon suggestions but I feel like a fragile vehicle should have some balls.

Is it possible to allow th pilot to use whatever weapon they have equiped?

love the idea,

no protection, "cant be shot down with aa guns" not much health,
but fast?

also i think it should have some form of small box shaped engines on each undercarage of the wings,

more for fast transportation than heavy firepower,
