Can't Connect anymore

Every time I try to connect to a server It looks like its loading but then it says connection failed Its happening on every server I try to join I can join as a spectator just fine but I cant join the matches.

Could someone help me PLZ:(

I had that problem first then I couldnt even open 2004 , I ended up reinstalling the game and it works ok :)
