whats the difference between these almost exact cards?

hey i was looking on newegg for a radeon 9600 pro. I was set on sapphire version, but then i came to two different kinds. One is a normal sapphire version, and one is a sapphire "Atlantis" version. THe atlantis has worse reviews then the normal one.. Whats the difference between these two?

Seriously, though, it looks like one is Retail, and the other is OEM.

one is oem and one is retail. oem will arrive without a box and retail will come in the retail box.

btw they both are "atlantis" versions. the oem isnt meant for retail and therefore doesnt care the "atlantis" moniker.
