Mutator Request!!

I want someone to make a mutator where you can edit everythings health (including player's health, and all the vehicles) in the mutator selection.

Two mutators, one modifies everything's health about the same, (ie, set player health to 15 and Leviathan health gets set to 750, Manta health gets set to 30, etc). The other lets you set everything differently.
