Metal Gear Mod

I have some ideas for a Metal Gear based mod I'm wondering if anyone else wants to make one. I have lots of ideas out on paper and I can do some mapping as ive only started but it wouldnt be too much of a problem as the game has maps to go by. I think this would be a realyl cool thing to try

Would this be a weapon and skin mod or a total conversion including maps, completely new gameplay system and features and the like?

If it's just a weapon mod, you'll have an easy time turning the Avril into a Stinger and the Redeemer into a Nikita.
