Playable in game freezes

All the time when i'm playin online the game will lock up. I will freeze for like 30 seconds, then come back to life, only everyone else is standing still. I can run around, fire my weapon and get a muzzle flash, but no bullets come out. if I'm in a vehicle i cant move or get out, but i can move the camera around. Sometimes after a bit it will go away, sometimes it will say connection lost.
help a guy.

That just sounds like a bad connection to me...

along with countless others... lot of people are gettin the same issue.. no resolve that I've read yet.
