lines in my sky?

my sky has lines in it, the texture is set to face, and the lines arent divifing textures, but there are lines that almost seem to divide the brighness of the sky surface, they are random, not structured. Anyone seen this or know what to do?

did you try moving them around? pan/rot/scale

yes, i dont think its a texture prob
its like the brush has been clipped or sliced, but it hasnt

the lines dont change their positions with a change in texture, texture position/size, or with moving the brush

I think someone fixed this with rebuilding ( the button )
