My computer has 3 user accounts. Mine, the Admin and my wife and son's account, limited account's. I have installed 2K4 from my Admin account.
My son is able to play the game through his account. That has never been a problem with any game I install on my machine. He has played single player and multi player fine with no problems.
However, when he tries to join "Instant Action" and play any game type, 2K4 freezes up and then the tool bar show's with Word 2002 open and running.
I bring up the Task Manager to stop Word 2002 but as soon as I do that 2K4 also shut's down :weird: I have already scanned for viruses. That is not the problem. It seam's that 2K4 keep's executing Word 2002. Any idea's?
One last thing. This does not happen when I play 2K4 on my account, Admin, only with my son's account.
I have submitted this to Tech Support but I would also like to know if anyone can help.
