Just got my UT2004 special edition in the mail today. Guess what i got instead! UT2004 regular edition.:eek: The receipt still says special edition too. Now that i got all my anger out, i called ebgames.com and now i have to wait till friday to get the special edition, and other cap'ola. Aarghhh , i new i should have bought it from gamestop.com or better yet preordered it at the actual store, than online.

I used to buy all my games from ebgames.com, but not anymore! :sour: :mad:

I pre-ordered the UT2004 SE from eb games months ago and I was supposed to get it today but the fools there messed it up and got the normal ver. Now I have to wait until tomorrow.

You opted to have them send you the special edition first then you send the regular version back once you get it?

I did the same. They will charge my account 2 times now! once for the regular and once for the special edition. once i get the forms to return the regular and they recieve it then they take the charge off my credit. I hate them so much. Did your online orders page update with the new order? mine didnt. I hope they dont screw up again.

dang, it looks like ebgames really made it up to me. I checked my door for the hell of it this morning and the special edition was already there. I was told it was going to be here friday. instead they got it to me in a day early. :D Maybe they read my post here, on how i would never buy from them again. They seemed to have definitely changed my mind.
