How can you take an image off of your pc and make it a background on your 360? (I'd love to use this for that!)

You need to just put the image on a USB or other device. Plug it into the 360. Go to media, pictures, device, then just select it, there is an option to make it your background.

Or you can just put a blank cd-r in adn right click on the pic adn say send to writable disk adn then put it in your 360 adn bam there you go!

No! If you put it on a CD-R you have a CD with a picture on it, that can not be removed, and nothing else can be added. That is just a waste of a CD-R

You need some sort of portable memory device and then you simply put it onto the portable memory device and plug the portable memory device into one of the USB slots on the Xbox 360 and then you go to Pictures on the Media Blade and search through your portable memory device and apply the wallpaper as the background for your Xbox 360.

NOTE: The background will save to your Xbox 360 memory device (HDD or Memory Card) until it is deleted manually.

And where is this USB slot on the 360? I can't find it, heh.:o

On the front, there is a small flap. Right at the bottom below the power button. Push it. Then it reveals 2 USBs also there is one on the back next to the ethernet port
