Remote Strike on PCGAMER magazine (UK)

Hi,
Just a heads up that the latest version of the magazine PCGAMER has remote strike on the disks (DVD version not sure about the cd version) we get a mention on page 115 :) For all those with 56k its the easiest way of getting hold of the mod.

I think you mean "laser sights" instead of red dot sight because ia red dot sight is like iron sights except that it doesnt have a rear sight and the front sight has a red dot in the center.

Great news Romanov. I think this mod is one of the truly fun mods around. I play it all the time, well that and Instagib;)
The mod has become more and polished as time has gone on.
The stylish weapons, the superb skins and some execellent coding have made this mod worthy of ink in PCGAMER (for those not in the UK, its a premier PC magazine), not to mention space on the CD and/or DVD Deservedly so in my opinion.
The Remote strike mod goes on my system with every install of UT2003 along with the Bonus Packs:)

Thanks for the comments hopefully version 7 will be even better its coming fairly soon although it was planned for ut2004 but that release date is getting pushed back so Ill release before that ;)

this sometimes happens when the browser loads from cache or you have a slow connection try refreshing, alternatively the pictures are on the main site (link below) they show up fine here.

Lord Simeon at Unreal playground has posted a review of the Remote Strike Map Pack that is well written and very kindly disposed towards the weapons. He had written an earlier review of the Normal Weapons version of CTF-Denali Pass and this is a comparison review of the two versions...Give it a read as I think you'll enjoy it!

At last someone that really plays the game, the maps is stil played by me and the bots are very good in it they are alwasy a challenge :up:
