Description
Custom Punishments allowes admins to slap or kill players on the server through a console command. The mutator also replaces Anti TCC (http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=332761)'s Llamaize effect with one of several more entertaining killing methods.
You can choose between up to four different methods to kill the player or leave it to Custom Punishments to select the method. As an admin you can kill players by slapping them to death, by making them simply explode, by firing a deadly laser beam at them from an ion cannon (requires an ion cannon in the map and line of sight to it) or through a lightning (requires the player to be in an outside area, or at least in a room with a high or open ceiling).

Lol, me likes! I can randomly kill friends at lans! (at least a couple of times):haha:

But look at this in the readme

Anti TCC is "forward compatible" to Jailbreak 2003/4 and will use the "real" Jailbreak Llama Effect in that case. Custom Punishments can't detect that and won't have any "automatic" effects in Jailbreak games, but you can still use the console commands.

Jailbreak coming soon?:D

EDIT: How did you get those weapon pictures in the kill messages?

EDIT: How did you get those weapon pictures in the kill messages? Those are part of a new mod I'm working on. It's called "Tournament" and will be somewhat similar to TTM, but without those ugly brightskins and without the TTM bugs. ;)

Oops, bug alert. (Fixes ahead, though.)
If your game crashes when adding the mutator or if you want ConfigManager support download it again, please. I had to update the archive due to an "Infinite Recursion crash in Mutator.AlwaysKeep()". (Sorry about that.)

I dont want to log in as admin to do that

why not add the admins unique key somewhere to the ini so that it autmatically recognizes the admin

Cute, but I don't really agree with making a game out of killing a cheater. Just ban the ****er and get it over with. Otherwise, I can imagine it being abused. Exactly like Supernewbie and Kai demonstrated... camping, and TKs are part of the game, whether they're desireable by those getting fragged, or not. I would hate to see punishments for such things.

I'm not putting you down, though. It looks quite excellent, and I can see it being really fun on LAN's and whatnot. It's just not something I'd appreciate being on most servers. =/

I dissagree, I have this on my server and it helps out a ton... my antitcc centerview logs have been decreased by 50% since this little beauty came along. I have always used antitcc and this is a great addition!

Hey Wormbo, I cannot get this thing to take actions from the web admin. I follow your directions to the letter:( How about making it do by IP too like- mutate slapkill IP-ADDY... this might make it work better from the web admin.

I think it maybe it's because I have a lot of clans play on the server and the TAGS mess sit up? What do you think?

Speaking of clans, I think that making a clan tag feature for this punishments mut would be great... I have lots of people that join the server and copy clan tags... Although the clan leaders send me their rosters on a regular basis, still some people act like dumb asses.

What do you think about adding an option that pulls names out of a config file for clans. This way admins can just update the CFG file and if someone joins and their name is not in the clan CFG and they are copying a tag, they either get kicked, lamized or custom punished:)

Maybe add that into antiTCC... I really think admins would groove on that feature.

Thought up a cool punishment- a bubble forms around the player and they float around. People can shoot the bubble and it propells it about and bounces it like a beach ball at a rock concert.

for a set time in the server config

This way people can have fun with the violator...MUHAHAAHA

weeeeeeeeee!

Sorry Wormbo I coulnd't resist this one but I think it would be funny as hell:)

The punishment finds a corner of the map and puts the violator sitting in the corner facing the wall in a time out....AHAHAHAHA

Love this mut man, the things you could do with this.

Anti TCC isn't there to punish people for carrying a certain clantag or something, it's purpose is to detect and punish people who are actually "cheating" right at that time.

I don't know why it wouldn't work from webadmin, but I'll look into it.
