cheaters location, its easy to pinpoint them if you know their IP, or members id. I can snoop their ISP rubish bin for ...., snif around after office hours you bound to find something important.
pose as a member , send a ticket to root, pose and wait, you know what to do if you really want to catch these lamers.

What does country have to do with if they are cheaters or not? I see your purpose and im not saying its wrong to do what you did, but I think its personality that makes cheaters not countries, though they customs and teh way your borught up may have something to do with it. (note the may)

dont get me wrong there lamers in every country and i doubt there is any country without this kind of people. but a lot of the ones ive met were dutch thats fact. Maybe ive had bad luck and allways met the idiots of them. dont take it to serious iam sure there are a lot of good guys in the netherlands too :)
